My feeling is that the company is not great at communicating to the lay person, hence there is a gap between appreciating that the lay person needs continual education. This can only help relations and outcomes.
If there was a 15% level achieved upon recharge, and this was communicated to the market, then where do you think the share price would be. Not sure why a company would sign a MTA if it fell back to 4%? Doesn't make sense to me.
