A few words on posts critical of management. I think they are necessary and when a significant number of those posts are critical of a particular subject, then management should, at the very least, acknowledge that. eg. ‘no news is good news.’
However, there comes a point where criticism becomes childish whinging and counter productive. Possibly damaging.
As shareholders, we carry a certain responsibility and many critical posts fail to acknowledge that.
One more thing, there are times when the share price is immaterial, I see this as one of those times.
While I’m disappointed in the necessity for a CR and the ‘no news is good news’, I have complete confidence in the board and CEO to achieve success.
