I understand the extreme frustration of many posters.

The 2.5c was probably too low given oversubscribed. That said , if they tried to raise at 3.2c and were undersubscribed all the posters would complain they can't even raise capital properly !

I do not like being diluted. I have probably supported the company in 10+ SPP over the years so I am no longer surprised. I will again support this raise though fair to say this might be the final $$$ I throw at it.

I am also frustrated at the slow progress and lack of announced deal but the reality is if you are Mercedes for example and generated a profit of 15 Billion Euros last year you will do your due diligence to make sure you don't put this at risk without putting all potential new technologies through the wringer to be sure they perform as expected.

I think we will this year find out if EV1 or EV2 are going to include us in their next generation batteries. This cash will get us there.

I am holding off my judgement on management and our tech until we know our fate with EV1 and EV2
