To be honest it really is not a mystery of what happens with our money as it is directly going into the pockets of the BOD with their outrageous salaries considering the actual state of the company. 0.8 cents now and it wouldn't surprise me if it got below half of one cent.
The question then remains even with all Oilex mismanagement does it justify the current market cap of pretty much being worthless? A negative legal judgement would confirm this outcome/market perception of the company of being worthless. It isn't like Oilex owes other parties big sums of money rather Oilex has been unable to get other parties to stump up the cash owed to it.
If Lingo is indeed the future replacement for Miller I would like to see that transition done much sooner than waiting to an AGM at the end of the year where Ron is forced out.
