I sounds like you got it worked out plough, your obviously somewhere north of me
to grow avocardos, but seems like a great little earner all round and you feel part of
the community as well. My next door neighbor used to have about 10 proteas that
they would make a bit of beer money off of, but they sold up and the new buyers
pulled them up.

Plenty of options all round even thought of airbnb/farmstays, but I am just getting
a good feeling that growing food, whether that be meat or grain is about to see some
real good years ahead, my second eldest son and his partner have also talked about
a life on the land....plenty to consider, but for now a large holding in this and aac, if
I am correct about the cycle turning in ag's favour, will at least give me that option to
sell the shares and buy a small farm somewhere down the track
