The amount that Maria bought, is tiny in comparison to her salary, merely buying a few ten of thousands worth of shares, really peanut to her and her skin in the game, make her doesnt feel much if she was skinned alive. Is unfair in the sense that, shareholders value had been eroding while she doesnt feel a shiit.

The way the salary arrangements, should be share performance based. Her salary should >70% given by shares and cannot sell it off within a year. She will feel the same pain as others. Imagine last year her salary was equivalent to 500K aud of shares, a year later she want to sell it off, now she only get back 300K aud... every shareholders are happy, she deserve it.

She badly deserve it.
