I wonder if a journalist that is intrigued with all the recent bad press regarding Boeing would be interested to follow up this sham-testing required by Boeing, and the ongoing delaying tactics being employed to reveal more of this delay to using CVM by Boeing.
With the right sort of slant this would be be a terrible indictment on Boeing, on its farcical state of affairs and the disgraceful attitude Boeing has displayed towards the entire airline industry - on a cost basis Boeing is very happy to charge hundred's of millions for sub-par new planes, and yet not prepared to enable the airlines the opportunity to reduce costs and monitor safety more closely utilising state of the art CVM.
