A cap raising won't be required prior to acceptance by Boeing and the Service Bulletin is approved and issued by the FAA. The financial position of the company including with CVM is strong enough until those approvals occur. And when that approval occurs Delta pay for all the installations made on their aircraft and I suggest that could be a significant sum. If they do a cap raising after that then it will be to enable them to proceed with the installation of CVM across the airline industry. You would have to regard that as a positive about a CR I think.
