Just reading the notice of general meeting that arrived in the post today, and one thing caught my eye.
Apparantly ASX listing rule 7.1 (the 15% rule) applies to a rolling 12 month period. CMR did the capital raising of 8 million shares in December 04 @ 30 cents, and have now released a further 9,799,974 shares in October 05.
Surely this is well over a total of 15% raised within a 12 month period without shareholders approval? Can someone tell me where I have gone wrong? I could find no shareholders meeting that was held to ratify the 30 cent placement
Also, Would the extra 2,297,026 shares in resolution 2 already be locked in with Patersons, meaning if the price dropped below $1.25 before the 03/11 meeting those that put there hand up would need to honour there side of the deal and cough up if the resolution was passed?
Willl be voting for on both resolutions anyway....
