My undersatanding was that if they started to increase shareholding >10% they had to announce when they did this. Once they had =20% they have to declare intentions.
If Banda is big they will need to get a juicy worm on the hook to sure everything up. If the bait isn't big enough they will risk losing the main prize to a second party. Hope they aren't cheap skates!!! Remember we own the company not WPL ( as much as I wouldn't mind at the right price ).
