If I was Michael Panaccio, I would be getting in touch with the team at Vald / Vald Health.
He should be trying to get them to do a reverse takeover of Dorsavi.
They get our sensor tech, relationships with QBE, Medtronic, some leading corporates and an ASX listing.
They also get some sales staff and relationships in key markets, including the US.
Not bad when they could snap it all up for $15m.
Which would more than pay for itself through the $45m in accumulated losses that they could offset!
Would be a scrip only deal, so no cash needed.
