Interesting someone attempted to buy 200000 at 3.6 on close, as if expecting this report confirming how big the tier is expected to be, potentially any day now. The buy is still showing, like pre-open, because the ann came out seconds before market close, preventing the close trade. The trolls will keep trying to convince that the tier 1 isn't happening! Sounds like it's going to be bigger and better than we have expected, once it finally arrives. Next week? Not many shares available on the sell side.
