No I spoke to the company a week or so ago, and even though ece can and will cause a spillotion to get up, it really means nothing as the current board carries on as an interim board, until a vote in the next 3 months when Alice with her 52.3% controlling interest will vote her board back in and nothing will have changed. GBE were amused at ECEs antics and said the only real drama is that it has created a bit of extra paper work. Cheers
