Err EL
I think IGO is THE only one to have serious interest in PAN
Savannah has a 1.5MTpa MILL built repaired and developed.
That MILL would cost 4 years and $250M to build from scratch.
On top of that Savannah is a developed mine with production and Trafigura offtake and Trafigura is a 50% offtaker with IGO at Nova & FF mines already & IGO OWES Trafigura for shutting down FF recently and thereby terminating their offtake there.
WHY did IGO then take up so many Ni tenements around Savannah & bid 47c for PAN in 2019 then?
And on top of that IGO/WSA invested $45M cash on that 15% stake in PAN and you think they will just write off $45M cash (now worth $16M on market)?
IGO are the 2nd largest holder of PAN stock behind Zeta.
IGO has $780M cash at bank
IGO is not in the business of losing $45M cash, assets and opportunities imho
On the contrary they were astute buyers of SIR WSA & wisely flipped their MCR to AFs overpriced bid.
And my call is 3.5c-6.0c as the PAN assets & MILL are worth way more that that and they already have a 15% discount on contribution via their current shareholding value.
IGO is the white knight saviour here imho.
