From recent anns I checked, I could not find any information stating that PB is dead. I also believe there is no information hinting at a "project swap" at all. If you find any, could you please share?
From the information posted by others, there will be new legislation about mining in Utah becoming active soon, which will have a positive effect on PB. I believe we will soon see PB moving.
