Brokers make it as easy as possible to get the issue away. They convince the Board that a huge discount is in their interests, because times are tough and raising money is difficult …blah blah.
Then they still get their 6%, but don’t have to try very hard, because who doesn’t like a 20% discount, especially for a quality company like this.
For some companies it’s understandable, but not for AGN….the Board got played IMO, the discount should have been 10% at most.
