So how can we make Mather and his cohorts of incompetents accountable. They have held too much power over our companies and have not acted in the interests of all investors, as required by their statutory obligations. Remember, these companies are not owned by the directors. It is not their property to do what they want in their own self-interest, glorification and obtaining significant wealth at the detriment of the vast majority of other owners. I have frequently asked why the other significant holders of DGR, AJQ, SOLG, etc., not done something to curb these few fellows. Surely, they too are suffering as much as we small holders are. Money tied up for decades, no dividends, no profits. All the while the directors and administrators reap tens of thousands/hundreds of thousands each year through multiple jobs and positions. Criminal conspirators over a long period of time. What actions were done by any of them to quell the misbehaving and possible illegal activities. None. No body. It wasn't in their self interest.
