Settlement of the Sale of the Stamp, Coin and Bank Note Businesses
The directors of Mowbray Collectables Limited are pleased to advise that the
sale of the stamp, coin and bank note businesses operated by Mowbray Bethunes
Limited and Wildlife Philatelic Collections Pty Limited was settled today.
As previously advised, the sale was approved by shareholders at a Special
Meeting held on 24 June 2015.
The directors will now proceed to develop an operational and capital strategy
for the company that will include a plan for raising additional capital.
This plan will be presented at the annual meeting of shareholders. It is now
intended for this meeting to be held in Auckland on Friday, 31 July 2015. A
notice of meeting confirming this date will be issued in due course.
