ASSET: NTH: Northland Port Corporation Confirms Marina Acquisition
MARSDEN POINT, Northland - Northland Port Corporation (NSX:NTH) advises that
it has now reached unconditional agreement to acquire the 230-berth Marsden
Cove marina and adjoining commercial complex for the sum of $6.95 million.
This follows the Company's initial announcement of the acquisition on 4 June
2014.
The transaction is expected to be completed on 1 July 2014.
