Each drill program seems to have brought in new information and new potentially pitable extension. the deposit has progress from a very shallow supergene model to the indefication of significant primary mineralised lodes, with new extensions, ushc as the NW being discovered.
Imagine the whinging on Hot Copper etc, f marmota had gone to mine years ago on far less informaiton, only to realise the had placed the waste dump, proccesing plant or leach pads on pitable ore. the result would likely be that ore being unminable due t the cost of moving these.
i might be wrong but im pretty sure i read that the average time from discovery to mining is ` 10 years in Australia. othe than some scattered apollo holes, the 1st serious drill programs at Aurora Tanks seems be in 2016, and it seems like since then each program has found more gold, new extension and some fantastic grades.
