I cant think of a single drilling company that does the prep work,
preperation of drill sumps and pads is done by the exploration company prior to the arrival of the drillers. it would seem that MEU having its own backhoe and operators onsite to do the work, removes the need for them to have to find someone to come and do the work.
i dont understand how this isnt a good thing??
