I am being conservative and believe many holders here will jump ship under 10c and then clearing the 10c wall will require all ducks to be lined up. As Chezd stated, land rights issues will need to be bedded down first. Obviously TP and his team would be well aware of what regulations need to be satisfied but also well aware of the difficulties in getting this accomplished. Jaguar never walked away and sold out cheaply for nothing and they have a few years experience here as well. I am in the queue again because I believe this can be massive for AVB but also believe that if this cannot be achieved within our means then we have only taken a very small step backwards. Well and truly worth the effort and all hopes are now on our team to get this over the line and become our stage 3
