Although not certain, a positive announcement is looking likely. JC does have contact about progress. The FDA did have questions and if AVH satisfied them well enough, it's not likely they will come back with (many) more. They would have asked the questions already, being it takes time for the FDA to review AVHs responses when they do come back. It wouldn't surprise me if FDA sit on an approval until the full 180 days are up giving the impression they are working or investigating. Now's the time to buy.
