I wonder if this business and the interests of its creditors and shareholders, might be better in the hands of Administrators?

Even if they do sell the inventory which is well beyond its best-by date (and sitting in the balance sheet at its "realisable sale value"), they still need to raise cash for another order from CUB, and then have the product available for ALM stores. As we're now 3 months away from the busiest beer-drinking part of the year, any further folly with shareholder funds would be pretty bad form.

I now call on the management and Board of this business to raise the white flag, step away, and allow the remaining assets to be sold through administration, or very possibly receivership.
