This is in a buffer zone with exploration permits already in place.
Full support of the government with the normal approvals and planning.
I know of a mine in Australia that was managed by our government and so poorly that a flood could not only have been common but if that were to happen there would have been a huge environmental disaster.
It has since been handed on to a mining company that will manage and mitigate the threatening environmental risks and we can all benefit.
Why would the Guinea government stop this in a buffer zone while approving an IO mine in a highly sensitive world heritage national park?
