Ah...your quite right there..my apologies. I just did a very basic calculation in my head without looking at his current fully diluted interest and assumed the fraction of unlisted options were in the vicinity of 80%... and as such grossly under estimated the ordinary shares assuming any unescrowed fraction would be around 100K-200K and not be material in the grand scheme of things...
Right again....he could've waited a bit longer and got a big more bang when he sold on the 10th ...but then again having said that maybe there could have been an ATO deadline that needed to be met.. who knows.
Either way things are looking in good shape which is the most important thing
