I think I can see what's happened. The main sale of 127m odd is EXACTLY the number of CFD's reported earlier as a holding by S. I surmise S asked to receive the physicals from DB, in order to accept the offer, (when they realised it was game over) DB closes out the CFD at 16, and hands over the shares to S at 16, which are then pushed into the offer acceptances for yesterday. 16 probably provides some P/L advantages to both parties
The other 2mill at 16? well, perhaps another misfired CFD bullet
