    It seems there is some overlap here. Samson Rock large transactions are the same as the Morgan Stanley so I think there are all the same shares.

    MUFG always reports the Morgan Stanley holdings too because MUFG owns more than 20% of Morgan Stanley.

    Regardless Silvercorp + Samson Rock definitely own 20% and could still cause issues.
