I will be voting in line with the above... I've alluded to this in past posts...... that I was warned at the time about the new management and their strong focus on performance criteria to ensure their full performance bonuses to the detriment of SH's.
IMO, even when attempting to give the board benefit of the doubt, that's exactly what we have seen.
