Art he is not grabbing more and more shares out of his own pocket... these are shares as part of his remuneration package .. he is not purchasing more and more shares he is essentially being "given" more and more shares.. a big difference.. BTW i have no issue with this as this allows less strain on cash outflows for his HUGE salary package... and it also incentivises him to make sure the company succeeds as his shares will be worthless if the company doesn't succeed !
