Annexure F states that 1.368m of stock was borrowed by Credit Suisse Europe for Pacific Alliance Funds as Prime Broker- with an obligation to return the stock as noted in Annexure B.
Credit Suisse Australia uses CS Fourth Nominees as cusotidan and registered holder of the securities- they held 2m shares in August as per the top 20 disclosure in the Vitaco annual report and now they hold 6.5m shares as per the notice so yes they have been buying as broker for someone.
