As for your last post, the wheel barrow mentioned before in previous posts is obviously a figure of speech. The second condition before the options can be taken up is not clear. That's what I assume Kaleen and I were saying.
If AVB can get our share price well above 12c by years end then I believe that the "first shipment" clause is the lesser of the two conditions.
In other words what if our share price was 15c and the first shipment happened on 01.01.16? I personally wouldn't deny our directors picking up their options. But it was AVB who said that the options expire 31.12.15 if we don't have our first shipment.
Is the first shipment defined as when we have a stockpile ready for shipping, the truck leaves for the port, the first load is parked on the wharf or when the ship leaves?
I think that was what you were saying in your last post.
