I meant that NWH has climbed up that grunt-smarts ladder, and it is now somewhat like MND and LYC. It deliver more brain than brawn. When I first invested in NWH, it was substantially an earth mover with few skillsets. I have written many posts on this topic over the years, but now I do not have to suggest what Management should do to transform NWH.
