One of the speculative mining stocks I have, SVL, did a 100 to 1 consolidation in 2016. Prior to then
the 5 million shares I initially bought cost about $8000.
After the consolidation they were still a crap company. I doubt they will ever do any mining. I traded them a lot
over the years since.
Class B shares in Berkshire Hathaway will cost you about $400 / share but that is no guarantee that you are going
to make a motza if you buy them.
I hope you don't know someone who put his life savings into a company and then decided to look up the
share price later after he had bought them. I wouldn't be using his advice.
