You are most probably right. Number of shorts has doubled in last few weeks. Viz.
And the PoG has made an intermediate top ($2204) and will retrace to the 38% Fib level ($2124).
This presents an excellent opportunity to accumulate more before the next leg up as the shorts get squeezed.
