Guys correct me if I am wrong but this is a BECOMING substantial holder ie all the shorting is already done so the borrower/shorter is simply returning the shares. Likely what has happened is all this trading rubbish followed by the 1st March boot from ASX 200 the shorts margin called and now the shares are back in JP morgans hands becoming the holder again. They cease being the substantial holder when they are lent out for shorting.
