When a capital raise takes place when a business is really in a growth phase and developing something that the market really can see as a game changer then the price should rise and not fall as the funds should be used for that exact purpose. To me it’s starting to look like the rest of market may look at this capital raise exactly the same as all previous ones and that is just to keep the wheels in motion for a little longer in the hope that something else like chat GPT comes along soon that can add some further excitement because it doesn’t look like even that is working any longer and as for the excitement about the big 5, well that looks like it’s gone to the recycle bin.

As far as cap raising for a micro stocks I thought peter had it right XFiles. Everyone I've participated in did exactly that, dropped to issue price and a little lower for a brief period. Although in saying that some are good and some are not. Imo this was a good one, as they are not using the funds to keep the lights on or pay down existing debt, no they are using a majority of it to commercialize the product. if they were doing the former I probably wouldn't have taken up my entitlement.

But I do disagree with peters comments on being a hard sell at 1.3c. Wasn't hard for me to top up at these lows as it possibly wasn't hard for our first fund manager to buy in at 1.4c either. Admittedly the recent management disruptions hasn't helped things but that is just an anomaly Imo. So hopefully they will get on with what they have said they are doing and are paid to do and commercialize it.
