Only 225 has ever been trialled. Other potential compounds have not made it past the Petri dish. With specific new compounds on tap for Petri testing, it's more likely they will find a hit amongst them. There is no doubt that they will try 225 but I strongly doubt it will prove viable........ but never say never.
