This gets very complex very quickly, but the best combination appears to be intermittent dosing of bisantrene on a constant background of decitabine. You can of course provide this by daily IV dosing of decitabine, but it is much more convenient for a patient to take an oral pill every day and then come in once or twice a month for a dose of bisantrene by IV.
