They can’t. There is zero the new board can do to make FID happen faster. It will just be asset sales and then they will move onto something else.
My guess AC knew they would seize control, he wouldn’t have wanted to hang around for a fire sale which pretty much unwinds all his work to get CVN ready for FID.
