Would you sell a huge chunk of your holdings if you thought there were positive times ahead.

I hope I am wrong as I hold shares, but its just not a good look when a founder wants out. Wouldn't you wait for the share price to recover if you really believed in the company? His intentions are clear that he will sell the rest once FY24 results are in.

There are more and more red flags surrounding this company.

Dilutive capital raising where retail SH's ignored, reversion to negative cash flow, increased competition, cratering share price on increased volume etc.

Lets hope the investment in expansion and harvest of the record crop plays out in investors favour otherwise another CR is on the cards.

Fingers crossed this starts to turn around with some positive news.
