1. A nickel & lithium price crash.
2. Interest rates & inflation have gone through the roof (not ideal for speccy companies on any stock exchange in any part of the world).
3. Projects that were acquired have turned into dusters.
4. Projects that were acquired were palmed off to other entities.
5. NKL completed between 2 to 4 drill holes a year.
6. A lot of cricket sounds for months on end.
7. The MD has bailed.

Hence, the MC of $1.5M

If any NKL shareholders out there can do some of the following, please step forward as it would be very handy.

1. Reduce interest rates (so cheap, easy, speccy money flows again).
2. Reduce inflation (so mum & dad investors have more money to blow on the ASX instead of feeding & housing their family).
3. Use billions of dollars to corner the lithium & nickel markets, to force the price back up.
4. Contact the BOD if you know where a lithium, nickel, gold or uranium deposit is so the BOD doesn't have to search or drill for it.
5. Donate some cash for further exploration.
6. Apply for the new MD role at NKL.
