Not forgetting 1 for each of the ML, Rail Agreement and Offtake plus another 1 for each year of employment for 3 years. On a takeover, don't these all get included in the deal??
I'm not opposed to him getting any of them if he brings in many Multiples of many people's average ( I am guessing is between 12 and 18c) just for the pain and suffering caused by holding!
