Tony Polglase, Simon Mottram, Luis Azevedo and Luiz Ferraz have retired as Directors.
Tony Polglase, Simon Mottram and Luis Azevedo will continue as executives of the Company in the roles of Chief Executive Brazil, Head of Exploration Brazil and Head of Legal and Business Development Brazil respectively. Tony, Simon and Luis reaffirmed their commitment to the Company with their respective roles moving forward, including retaining directorships in Avanco’s 100% owned Brazilian subsidiaries.
I can imagine what is going through the heads of all those LT holders of AVB (myself included) and the commitments we were given. Sorry but my trust in this motley crew is at an all time low and when the next opportunity arises , I see them making a motza again at SH expense and showing different commitments to what we SH expect
