It would be so much more positive an announcement if, having executed the agreement, all 9 phrases containing 'will' were re-phrased to either be in the present (seeing as it's been agreed) or highlights the upside aspects of the collaboration.



So,
- the agreement contains provisions for ...
- partner have the non-exclusive right ...
- agreement also has exciting opportunities to expand OBJ's expertise in micro-array technology into partner's other products
etc etc

'Will' only suggests future aspects of an un-executed agreement like an MOU.

An optimistic development, but could have made so much more of it
