Anyone with their finger on the current negotiations between the Government, the truck companies (and other influential political entities) would not have posted such a transparent,so called "price sensitive announcement" unless they were desperate ...and we know why the Board of AVB is desperate. Any shadow of credibility is being erased on a daily basis. Surely they see what a nightmare they have created for themselves through their own incompetence. This "price sensitive" issue will be resolved tomorrow. There is an election looming and Brazil politics is not all that hard to predict. ( no different to ours really)
It is not an issue and more shame on the AVB Directors for trying to make it one!

To the BOD, since you deemed the truck strike issue price sensitive news, will you also notify the market when it resolves today or tomorrow. I look forward to hearing from you in a timely manner. Kind regards ....
