This means whatever deals Dennis and Kristy had done for Distribution may be cut loose, as it sounds like there has been some "questionable transactions" - governance framework of the company to ensure that it aligns with ASX Corporate Governance Principles and best practice.
- strategic review of the global business with a particular focus on expenditure management and the Chinese market. The review is on track to be completed by 30 June 2023.
Revenue for FY23 is going to be a disaster. Marketing Spend will be slashed for FY24. Head Count will be slashed for FY24. Distribution deals will be reset for FY24. It's just more pain and suffering.
