The reality is that while all these potential acquisitions were intended to push the company ahead more quickly, Dave needed to to be hammering away at the pipeline and converting them progressively - have heard nothing about that.
The business needs to carry on regardless of what wheeling and dealing is going on and build itself regardless - if a potential presents itself by virtue of one of these deals, it should be treated as a bonus, not the end game.
