DORCHESTER COMPLETES BUY-BACK OF SMALL SHAREHOLDINGS
Dorchester Pacific Limited (NZX : DPC) advises that its buy- back of holdings
of less than 4,000 shares has been completed.
A total of 730,633 shares were purchased from 422 shareholders.
The shares purchased will be held as treasury stock and re-issued as part of
the Staff Share Plan as announced on 26 November 2014.
Details of the shares purchased for the purposes of NZX Main Board Listing
Rule 7.12.1 are attached.
