As per the ann, it's all about fast tracking the production. Why wait another 6 months? That would simply delay the 'fast track' and therefore delay the company moving forwards with potential orders. Personally, I'm glad they are taking the initiative to ensure they're in a position to fill orders thus, generating revenue for all us SH. Just my opinion.
